Payment
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit or debit cards, Venmo, and Cash app. All clients must have a valid card on file even if paying with other payment methods. Refusal to keep a card on file will result in requirement of prepayment for all appointments.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees of up to 100% of appointment price. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. Gift card balances and pre paid packages may be reduced or forfeited.
In case of emergency, please contact as soon as possible.
Late Arrival
Running late? Your service will be provided in the remainder of your scheduled time. Appointments that arrive late will not run longer and will be charged full price. Appointments running more than 15 minutes late without contacting first will be considered no-show and cancellation policy will be enforced.
